Team Drive is a cloud-based file storage and sharing system designed for hassle-free management of organizational files. Creating a Team Drive allows you to create documents with no specific user ownership, ensuring that documents remain accessible with their configured sharing settings, even if the document's originator leaves the university.
On the web, access Team Drive by navigating to drive.google.com/a/appstate.edu. Your accessible Team Drives will be listed beneath My Drive
- (Note: If you are logged into a personal GSuite account in the same browser, you may be redirected to the Drive for that account. Please see this Help Document to add a second account to your browser session.)
On a mobile device, access Drive via Google's official Drive app, which is available for free in the AppStore (iOS devices) or Play Store (Android devices). Your accessible Team Drives will be listed beneath My Drive
